The Sundowner Syndicate is a case study for a multigenerational co-housing project in Melbournes north, developed together with placeformspace designers & property collectives. It brings the experience and financial power of elderly down-sizers wishing to move back into the city together with the dynamic of young first home buyers. The vision is to build a like minded, multigenerational community and empower people to take control of their housing choices. To take control of the location, the design, the quality and costs of their future homes. And to do all of this more affordably than conventional developments.
